Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- Sent back in the original packaging
Customized items (e.g., pieces with initials or monograms) are non-refundable.
Please make sure all order and delivery information is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Items not eligible for return:
- Shipping fees
To start a return, please contact us at info.piadeleruecreation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its arrival and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within up to 5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

- Contact your payment provider – it may take a few days to post

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale will be refunded based on the discounted price paid at checkout.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), just send us an email at info.piadeleruecreation@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

You may return your item by mail or deliver it in person to our Foz Market store at the address above.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or purchasing insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.
