TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 — Materials

All Pia Delerue Création jewelry is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver. Any variation in color is the result of the finishing technique used, such as 18K gold plating or oxidation, and not a change in base material.

2 — Warranty

In accordance with Portuguese law, all pieces are covered by a three-year warranty.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • Natural tarnishing or oxidation of silver
  • Fading of gold plating
  • Normal signs of wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper use or handling

3 — Repairs

If you need a repair, please contact us by email at info.piadeleruecreation@gmail.com, specifying the name or reference of the item. We will reply with guidance on how to proceed with the repair request.

4 — Exchanges

You may exchange your item within 14 days of purchase for another of equal or greater value. Proof of purchase (invoice) and the original packaging are required.

To request an exchange, contact us at info.piadeleruecreation@gmail.com. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in the original box with all accompanying documents.

From the second exchange onward, additional shipping charges may apply. The new item will only be shipped after payment confirmation.

If sending your item back via mail, we recommend using registered shipping.

5 — Stock Availability

As Pia Delerue Création works with small-scale, artisanal production, we reserve the right to adjust delivery times in case of stock shortages. If this occurs, we will notify you by email with a revised timeline.


6 — Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The withdrawal request must be sent by email to info.piadeleruecreation@gmail.com and include the customer’s full name, address, item name, and purchase date.

In case of dispute, customers may contact the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Center: www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt


7 — Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal


8 — Shipping & Delivery Times

Each piece is handmade to order, which means we typically require up to 5 business days to craft your jewelry before it is ready for shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are estimated as follows:

  • Portugal & Spain: 2–3 business days (plus production time)
  • Azores & Madeira: 6–10 business days (plus production time)
  • European Union: 5–10 business days (plus production time)
  • Rest of the World: 5–10 business days (plus production time)

If the delivery fails, your package will be held at the nearest DPD Pickup Point for 5 business days.

If the parcel is returned to us after a failed delivery, it will only be resent after payment of new shipping charges.

9 — Shipping Costs

  • Portugal and Spain: 4.95€
  • Azores and Madeira Islands: 4.95€
  • European Union: 6€
  • Rest of the World: 10€

Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

10 — Certification & Authenticity

All Pia Delerue Création pieces are made from 925 Sterling Silver, with or without 18K gold plating. Our pieces are certified by the Portuguese Assay Office (INCM) www.incm.pt, which verifies the metal purity and applies the required official hallmark alongside the maker’s mark.

Hallmarking is mandatory for silver pieces weighing more than 2 grams.

In case of doubt, buyers may request verification from the Portuguese Assay Office.

In addition to our online store, Pia Delerue Création jewelry can be seen and purchased in person at our atelier in Rua da Cerca 512, Porto, where it may be inspected by relevant authorities.

12 — Precious Metal Market Rates

Daily reference prices for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium can be found on the official website of the Bank of Portugal: www.bportugal.pt/taxas-cambio

13 — Pricing Policy

Pia Delerue Création reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice.

All prices shown on the website include applicable VAT but exclude shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.
